Health clinic for low-income families open in Panorama City

A new community health clinic offering medical and dental services to low-income and formerly unhoused residents opened Wednesday at an affordable housing complex in Panorama City, with Rep. Luz Rivas, D-Arleta, joining local leaders for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
